Delivery and Returns
Delivery in 2-3 working days. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel or return your order (or part of it) by contacting us at hello@linearlights.co.uk. Cancellation before goods are received may incur handling fees based on the time elapsed, while returns after receiving goods must be reported within 7 days and returned within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the items back, provided they are returned in new, undamaged condition, with original packaging. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded, and return costs up to £15 will be covered. While it is designed primarily for quick surface mounting on ceilings, it can optionally be suspended. Please contact us directly if you require a suspension kit for your installation
