Cancellation before goods are received may incur handling fees based on the time elapsed, while returns after receiving goods must be reported within 7 days and returned within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the items back, provided they are returned in new, undamaged condition, with original packaging.
