Cancellation before goods are received may incur handling fees based on the time elapsed, while returns after receiving goods must be reported within 7 days and returned within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the items back, provided they are returned in new, undamaged condition, with original packaging. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded, and return costs up to £15 will be covered. Note that bespoke items may incur additional fees of 15% to 50% for cancellations or returns.
